摘要
工程项目投标需要进行科学的决策，本文阐述了决策树模型法的原理及其在工程项目投标决策中的应用，并对投标决策的可靠性进行敏感性分析。
It is required to make scientific decisions in the bidding of construction projects.This paper sets forth the principles of the decision-making tree model method and its application in decision-making in the bidding,in an attempt to make an analysis of the sensitivity of the reliability of decision-making in bidding.
