摘要
线性悬挂系统特性的计算分析法比较简单和成熟。而非线性悬挂系统如空气弹簧悬挂系统特性的计算分析却比较复杂,目前还没有一种较为成熟有效的方法。文章以空气弹簧悬挂系统为例,从方法、理论上探讨了一种非线性悬挂系统特性的计算分析法──计算机模拟法,从而只须通过计算分析就能知道空气弹簧悬挂的一些振动特性,具有较高的实用价值。已做的部分实验证明,该方法的计算结果与实验值有良好的一致性。
Generally the analysis and calculation about a linear suspension system is simplerand more practical. By contrast, that about a non-linear suspention system, for instance,one equipped with air-spring, is rather difficult and complicated for lack of available andeffective solutions at present.Taking model D5-260×260 air-spring suspension for example, this paper theoretically and computationally introduces an analytic method, Computer-Numerical Simulation,for analysis and calcullation of the characteristic of non-linear suspension which is to beperformed with the application of numerical differetiation theory, least square curve fittingmethod, and computerbased program and resolution. By the use of such method, muchapplicable information of an air-spring suspension system is easily and accurately obtained,such as rigidity characteristic, vibrational response to e-citation of road roughness, influence on response exerted by amplitude and frequency of e-citation, damp of system, etc.It has high practical value. Some experiments have proved this.
