The lack of credit has seriously hindered the further development of economy in China. The construction of credit system is an important part of improvement for market economy, but the lack of the personnel has become the bottleneck to the construction of the credit management system. The personnel can be produced by credential education, training and professional qualification training, and the effective way to explore how to construct the credit management system can be obtained by defining and understanding the credit management, analyzing its social value and putting theory into practice.
