鼻内镜下筛前神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Therapeutic observation on anterior-ethmoidal nervedomy by endoscope for allergic rhinitis

目的：了解鼻内镜下筛前神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：对23名患者进行鼻内镜下筛前神经切断术，并进行随访，记录术后术腔情况以及鼻部过敏症状和体征的改善情况，对于疗效不理想的患者还包括辅助用药的剂量。结果：术后1周内总体有效率达95．7％（22／23）。术后对22例患者继续随访3～6个月，3个月和6个月时的总体有效率均为95．5％（21／22）。结论：鼻内镜下筛前神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎，手术处理简便，疗效确切。

Objective： To explore the effects of anterior-ethmoidal nervedomy by endoscope. Methods： To operate on 23 patients and follow-up, record the condition of the operation and the symptoms and physical signs. To know adjuvant medicine dosage for the inefficient patients. Results： The total effective rate was 95.75%（22/23）in the first week after the operation. The total effective rate was 95. 5% 3 and 6 months later by follow-up. Conclusion. Anterior-ethmoidal nervedomy by endoscope is convenient and effective.
