后路MED与开放切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的比较

Comparative study of posterior MED with traditional open operation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)

目的：探讨椎间盘镜（MED）与开放切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的方法与效果。方法：MED下髓核摘除及开放手术髓核摘除130例140个间隙。结果：随访2～20个月，平均11个月，患者切口均1期愈合，按Macnab标准，优107例，良19例，可4例，优良率为909，6。结论：MED手术较开放手术治疗椎间盘突出，出血少、创伤小、恢复快、住院期短，效果无显著性差异。

Objective： To explore the clinic effects of MED and traditional open operation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： One hundred and thirty cases with 140 lumbar discs were treated by MED and open discectomy. Results： Following up 2～20 months post operation, average 11 months. All incisions were healed in one stage, according to Macnab standard, of 107 cases were excellent, of 19 cases were good, of 4 cases were fair. Conclusions： MED in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation superior to traditional open operation with less blood lose, smaller incision, sooner recover, shorter hospital stay and same clinic effects.
