射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效分析

Effectiveness of clinical application of radio frequency ablation in uterine myomas.

目的 探讨射频消融（Radio frequency ablation RFA）治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效.方法 采用RFA治疗子宫肌瘤392例,治疗后3、6、12个月行B超检查观察子宫肌瘤缩小情况,比较治疗前后的临床表现.结果 RFA治疗3、6、12个月瘤体明显缩小,P＜0.01,月经过多、贫血、痛经等临床症状得到改善,总有效率95.9%,治愈率57.1%.结论 RFA治疗子宫肌瘤后肌瘤明显萎缩,与肌瘤相关的临床症状明显改善.

Objective To probe the effectiveness of clinical application of radio frequency ablation for uterine myomas. Methods Totally,392 cases of uterine myomas accepting radio frequency ablation were analyzed. All patients were followed up 3,6,12 months with B ultra- sonography. The size of uterine myomas and the related symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results The size of myomas de- creased significantly 3,6,12 months after radio frequency ablation（P 〈 0.01 ）. The symptoms such as menorrhagia, anemia and menalgia also improved obviously, with an overall effective rate of 95.9% and cure rate of 57.1%. Conclusion Radio frequency ablation could cause obvious reduction of size of the myomas and relieved the related symptoms.
