摘要
文章在不改变柴油电站机组原动机结构参数的情况下,设计了柴油/甲醇双燃料喷醇控制系统,采用组合燃烧方式,即低负荷时发动机仅燃用柴油,中等以上负荷燃用柴油与预混甲醇,试验了发动机的动力和排放性能。试验表明,在额定转速下,双燃料发动机与柴油机相比动力性有所提高,NOx和碳烟排放大为改善,调速性能也可满足机组要求。
Experiments are made on the power and emission performance of the diesel engine burning bi-fuel of diesel oil and methanol in generating sets with its former structure and parameters unchanged. The control mechanism for supplying methanol is designed. A combustion mode which is called diesel oil/methanol compound combustion(DMCC) is proposed. The engine only uses diesel oil as fuel at low loads but utilizes both diesel oil and premixed methanol as fuel at other loads. The experiment results show that, compared with the basic engine with diesel oil as the only fuel, the compound combustion engine had much better power function at a rated rotating speed with the soot and NOx emissions decreased and the speed regulation system worked steadily.
