摘要
文章阐述了预应力技术和弹塑性有限元基本理论,应用有限元分析软件对锚圈的加载过程进行了三维有限元模拟和分析;并以锚具中的锚圈为研究对象获得锚圈的应力、应变及位移分布,为优化锚具的材料与尺寸,降低制造成本提供理论依据。
The anchor head is studied based on the prestress technology and the basic theory of the elastoplastic finite element method(FEM). Three -dimensional finite element simulation and analysis of the loading process of the anchor head are carried out by taking an instance. The stress field and the displacement field of the anchor head are obtained and analyzed. This study provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of anchorage material and size so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.
