摘要
为指导第四方物流(4PL)整合供应链资源的运作实践,论述了建立4PL模式下供应链资源整合决策机制的必要性及其意义,进而以挖掘和分析该资源整合过程中起决定性作用的主导因素为研究重点,提出了建立4PL模式下供应链资源整合决策机制的基本框架及其实施方案,探讨了该决策机制的实践运用效果。
In order to guide the practice of the supply chain＇s complicated resources integration by the fourth party logistics （4PL）, the paper at first discusses the essentiality and significance of adopting the decision mechanism on supply chain resources integration in 4PL mode. Then, dominant factors that will play determinative actions in integrating process are excavated and analyzed as research core points. The basic frame and its implementation scheme of the decision mechanism are also constructed. At last, the practically operational effect of this decision mechanism is discussed briefly.
