影响中外企业间技术转移效果的因素及对策

Research on Influencing Factors of Technology Transfer Effects between Sino-foreign Enterprises and the Countermeasures

通过联盟合作实现知识转移成为企业寻求技术进步的一种有效途径。但是,企业技术联盟中也存在着影响技术转移效果的诸多因素,为技术跨边界的有效合作制造了障碍。在文献研究的基础上,分析了影响技术转移效果的因素,包括技术特性、企业自身技术能力、企业的学习态度、联盟双方关系等。同时,还提出了相应的对策措施。

The technical alliance, a cooperation mode in technical innovation among enterprises, has been considered by more and more enterprises as an effective means to seek for technology advancement. But there are some influencing factors of technology transfer effects in the alliance, producing hindrance for technology to effectively transfer across boundaries. Based on the literature review, this paper firstly classifies the elements, which affect technology transfer effects, as technology characteristics, technology ability, learning attitude and partnerships. Furthermore, this paper gives the suggestions about how to overcome those negative factors in order to provide helpful guidance for enterprises to better promote technology transfer effects.
