摘要
揭示了我国以企业为主体的技术创新战略从“封闭式”向“开放式”转变的必然性与意义,并尝试将创新的支撑体系研究纳入到自主创新理论中,分析了开放式自主创新战略实施模式以及支撑系统要素,包括技术系统、区域经济模式、制度环境、国际技术水平等关键控制变量,描述了基于相应支撑体系的企业开放式自主创新模式选择过程。
Former research and practice have indicated that independent innovation strategy is the key to strengthen national competent capability. This paper first opens out the meaning and necessity of transforming ＂closed innovation＂ into ＂open innovation＂, brings the research of supporting system into the theory of independent innovation, then analyses the strategic models and its supporting system including technological system, regional economic models, institutional environment and international technological environment, and describes process of decision about the open dependent innovation models based on its supporting system at last.
