摘要 分析了企业文化、学习导向与创新绩效的关系,并以华南地区11个行业,149家企业为样本进行了实证研究。 We study the relationship of organizational culture, learning orientation,organizational innovation and performance by an empirical research on 149 enterprises of 11 industries which come from South China. The academic contribution of this paper is that we confirm the mechanism and route of the interaction of these variables.
