摘要
科技创新能力是一个国家最重要的核心竞争力,而科技人才的个体创造力是构成组织和国家整体创新的基础。抽样调查了全国31个省级区域和7个全国性学会的5180名科技人才,分析探讨了我国科技人才创造倾向的总体状况以及性别、年龄、学历和职称等个体因素对我国科技人才创造倾向的影响,并在此基础上对创新活动的管理和相关政策的制定提出了对策建议。
Technological innovation ability is the country's core competency, and the creativity tendency of sclence-technology talents is the basis of the whole organization and country innovation. Based on the statistical analysis of a sample of 5180 science-technology talents from 31 provinces and seven national institutes, this paper analyzed the overall situation of the individual difference on the creativity tendency of the science-technology talents in our country, and the impact of individual factors including sex, age, education and the title of a technical post on the science-technology talents creativity tendency. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward advices on innovation management and relevant policy establishment.
