摘要
目的通过观察电针足三里穴对枪击噪音致大鼠胃酸分泌紊乱的调节作用与延髓内神经元和星形胶质细胞可塑性反应的相互关系,以探讨电针调控胃酸分泌的中枢神经机制。方法32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A)、噪声刺激组(B)、电针足三里穴+噪声刺激组(C)和电针非经非穴+噪声刺激组(D)。实验结束后测定动物的空腹胃液量和胃液酸度,并取各组动物的延髓组织切片后进行抗Fos/抗胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)双标记(标记神经元和星型胶质细胞)的免疫组织化学染色。结果与A组比较,B组的空腹胃液量和胃液酸度均明显增加,且迷走孤束复合体(VSC)内Fos和GFAP阳性免疫产物明显增加;与B组比较,C组的空腹胃液量和胃液酸度均明显减少,同时VSC内Fos和GFAP阳性免疫产物明显减少(P<0.01)。D组与C组之间无统计学差异。结论针刺足三里穴对噪音应激性大鼠的胃酸分泌亢进有抑制作用,其机制可能与针刺调节延髓VSC内免疫阳性神经元和胶质细胞的功能活动有关。
Objective To investigate the neural mechanisms of eleetroaeupuneture on gastric acid secretion and the plastic response of neurons and astrocytes in rat bulbus under firing noise stimulation. Methods Thirty two male SD rats were randomized into 4 groups : control group (A) , firing noise model group (B) , eleetroaeupuneture (EA) Zusanli acupoint plus firing noise group (C) and EA non-acupoint plus firing noise group (D). Then the animal' s fasting gastric juice volume and acidity were measured. By using double immunofluorescent methods, the expression of Fos and GFAP immunoreactivity in vagal-solitary complex(VSC) of rat bulbus were observed. Results Compared with A group, the gastric juice volume and acidity were greatly increased , in B group, Also the Fos and GFAP positive immunoreactivity significantly were found in the VSC in B group. Compared with B group, not only the gastric juice volume and acidity but also Fos and GFAP positive immunoreactivity in VSC were significantly decreased in C group. There was slightly difference between B and D groups. Conclusion Electroacupuncture Zusanli acupoint have dysfunction on rat gastric acid secretion in noise stimulation. This function may be related with its effect on Fos-positive neurons and GFAP-positire astrocytes activity in VSC of bulbus.
