My opinions on the organization construction of the industrial trade unions

坚持产业和地方相结合的组织原则建立工会,可以有效地兼顾产业和地方的特点,代表和维护本产业职工利益。本文从多角度论证了社会主义市场经济条件下更需要产业工会,并列举了目前产业工会在组织建设方面存在的问题,提出了产业工会在体制创新方面的见解。

To establish trade unions under the principle of industry- locality combination will effectively embody the industrial and local features, and also represent and defend stalf＇s interests of different industries. The context has proved that the industrial trade unions are badly needed under the condition of the socialist market economy from multiaspect point of view. In addition,it has listed the existing problems confronted with the trade unions on the organization construction at present, and present some views of the industrial trade unions on the system innovation.
