摘要
目标管理是一种被西方企业广泛采用且卓有成效的管理模式,它的精髓在于内含于其中的人本思想。而在中国的管理实践中,企业往往把注意力集中在目标本身的制定与分解,却忽视了以人为本的重要指导思想的运用,最终使目标管理事倍功半。因此,要成功实施目标管理,关键是如何正确贯彻人本思想。
Management by objective is a fruitful mode of management, which is adopted widely by west enterprises. Its soul is humanism idea, but in the Chinese management practice, enterprises always pay objective more attention, ignore the application of humanism idea , and finally management by objective is got haft the result with twice the effort. Therefore how to carry out humanism idea exactly is an important problem to success of management by objective.
