摘要
本文以广东华宝空调器厂ＣＩＭＳ工程为背景，详细介绍了华宝ＣＩＭＳ（即ＨＢ－ＣＩＭＳ）的体系结构、系统组成、系统配置和实施情况，及其对企业的经营活动所产生的影响；总结了华宝空调器厂ＣＩＭＳ工程设计和实施的几点体会。华宝空调器厂做为典型的以装配为主的存储型生产系统。
This paper is based on CIMS project in Guangdong Huabao air conditioner factory. We introduce HB CIMS architecture, system construction, system components and its implementation, Furthermore we introduce what is the CIMS effects on enterprise business, finally we give some summaries about HB CIMS design and implementation. As a reference site of production to stock, Our experiences of system design and implementation on HB CIMS can be used in same type of assembly manufacturing enterprises.
