JW-MPS加工过程仿真器是完成CIMS工程设计必不可少的支持环境。基于山西经纬纺织机械股份有限公司对仿真技术的需求,我们研究开发了加工过程仿真器JW-MPS。本文介绍了JW-MPS的结构和主要算法,主要包括加工中心建模、碰撞和干涉检验、数控代码翻译和材料切除等。
JW MPS Machining Process Simulator is a supporting environment essential to complete CIMS design. Based on the simulation support requirement of Shanxi Jingwei Textile Machinery Ltd.co., we developed a machining process simulator—JW MPS. The paper introduces the structure of JW MPS and main algorithms, including model construction of machining center, collision and interfere check, NC code translation, material removal etc.,the system solves the quick detection problem of collision and interfere.
