日本是世界上的软件发包大国,目前也是中国的主要软件发包国。进入新世纪后,日本对华软件外包合作呈现出一系列新动向:对华软件服务外包由沿海向内陆发展;在华设立软件研发中心的步伐加快;对华软件服务外包开发的规模不断提升。中国是日本最大的软件接包国,因此,在中国软件外包市场发展的进程中,我们仍应选择积极拓展日本软件外包市场的政策。
