摘要 目的在护理人员不足的情况下最大限度地合理利用现有人力资源,并保证既能推行整体护理,又能保证护理质量。方法紧紧依靠在岗的每位同志团结协作、发扬团队精神,统筹、均衡、合理安排科室护士人力配置,改进排班方式,实行护士弹性排班。结果展现团队的相互协作精神,增强同事之间的凝聚力,护理人力资源得到了合理的分配,缓解了护士工作压力,有效杜绝差错的发生。结论发扬团队精神和实行弹性排班可以保证护理工作质量,提高护理服务水平和缓解人力资源短缺。 Objective To make full use of existing human resources to guarantee the whole nursing level and quality on the condition of understaffed. Methods To rely on all the members' unity as well as cooperation, give play to the team spirit, overall arrange the department nursing human resources harmoniously and rationally, improve style of duty arranging and institute elastic duty arranging. Results The spirit of team cooperation exhibited, members' cohesive force was strengthened, nursing human resources were full used, nursest working pressure was relaxed, accident was avoided and the whole nursing level and quality were guaranted. Conclusion At last, both nursing services and patients' satisfactory are improved.
