摘要
目的了解本地区10家医院环境水中军团菌污染状况。方法应用分离培养法和聚合酶链反应技术对本地区10家医院的空调冷却水、二次供水和管网末梢水进行军团菌检测。结果40份冷却水样中分离出17株军团菌、军团菌阳性检出率为42.5%;二次供水中军团菌检出率为5%;管网末梢水未检出军团菌。结论医院空调冷却水中存在军团菌污染,需引起足够重视,采取必要措施以防止军团菌病发生。
Objective To survey the satus of water contamination caused by legionellae in hospitals and to take the effective measures to control and prevent the contamination. Methods Cooling water samples from air condition, secondary water supply and drinking water supply system in 10 hospitals were collected and cultivated for legionellae. Results 17 out of 40 cooling water samples from air condition were positive for legionellae(42.5%). 1 out of 20 water samples from secondary water supply system was positive(5%). No legionellae was found in samples from drinking water supply system. Conclusion The air condition cooling water in hospitals were contaminated by legionllae. Corresponding effective measures should be established to prevent and control legionnaires disease outbreak.
