航天器薄膜充气天线面形的视觉测量方法 被引量:3

Vision Measurement for the Profile of Gossamer Inflatable Spacecraft Antenna

摘要 利用视觉测量的方法,对直径3.5 m的薄膜充气天线进行了高精度测量,测量过程分为空间点坐标计算、薄膜充气天线面形的拟合及精度分析。测量结果表明,该方法的相对精度达到1/2,000。 The antenna,solar sails and redar arrays in spacecraft made of different gossamer materials are developed widely in space technology. The conventional measurement methods cannot reach the demand of these large-scale and flexible structures. The vision measurement method can be considered as the optimal solution in the profile measurement of gossamer spacecraft because of its advantages of noncontact and rapid data acquisition. A videogrammetric system for a 3.5 m diameter gossamer inflatable antenna is presented. There are three steps in the measurement procedure: the computation to 3-D coordinate of measured points,the least square fitting of the profile of gossamer inflatable antenna and the precision analysis. The relative accuracy of 1/2 000 can be achieved.
