Study of A New Parameter Used in Objective Measurement of Skin Erythema

摘要 在皮肤四层模型基础上,提出采用正常部位皮肤与红斑部位皮肤反射光强倒数的对数差作为参量来表征皮肤红斑病理变化。理论推导表明,在上皮层的黑色素细胞浓度不变和采用同一均匀光源照射假设下,该参量可以直接反映真皮层中血色素浓度偏离正常的浓度。实验研究表明,该能量不受照明光强度变化的影响,在临床中能较好地表现皮肤红斑的病变情况。 It is significant to objectively measure the skin erythema in clinical dermatological diagnosis and new dermatological drug tests. The current measurement methods are biased by the melanin in the epidermis and the incidence light intensity. Based on the skin optics model,we propose a new parameter which is defined by the logarithm difference of the inverse of diffuse reflection light between normal skin and erythema to measure the change of erythema. The theoretical analysis shows that this new parameter can reflect directly the deviation of the concentration of haemoglobin from the normal range under the assumption of keeping the melanin concentration constant and the illuminating light uniform, The experimental study shows that the new method is hardly influenced by the illuminating light intensity,and can be effectively utilized in clinical diagnosis.
