Establishment of Quantified Evaluation System of Research in Universities

通过对科研工作量化指标的分析,结合自己的工作实践,对指标体系设计过程中所涉及的问题进行了探讨,提出了每一所高校都应考虑学校发展的实际情况,并根据自己学校的定位制定出切实可行、符合学校发展方向的科研工作量计算办法。

Based on quantified index analysis of the research, in conjunction with practical cases, this paper discusses the problems involved in the index system design process and concludes that colleges and universities should work out research workload evaluation criteria in accordance with its own position and orientation in China.
