16Mn钢控制轧制中铁素体晶粒直径的数学模型

摘要 对16Mn 钢γ未结晶区及(γ+α)两相区控制轧制机理进行了研究。用相变动力学理论建立铁素体平均晶粒直径与相变前奥氏体晶粒直径、轧制温度及变形程度之间关系的数学模型。该模型所表示的变化规律与实验曲线一致。并根据实验数据建立了易于应用的回归方程式。 The behavior of steel 16Mn'8 γ grain size within γ-region where γ grainshave not yet been recrystallized and(γ+α)region was investigated during contr-olled rolling. Based on phase--transformation dynamics, a mathematical modelshowing the relationship among mean ferrite grain size and austenite grainsize, rolling temperature and the degree of deformation is developed. It is ind-icated that the model is basically in coriformity with the experimental curves.Also, a regression equation is derived on the basis of experimental data forconvenience.
