摘要
采用金属原位分析仪对钢铁成分偏析进行分析时,由于温度效应引起仪器偏析信号。本文通过考察温度对低合金钢中碳的激发强度的影响,提出对激发强度进行校正的温度校正数学模型,并通过对钢铁中碳的分析校正以验证数学模型的正确性。结果表明,校正后的统计偏析度95%置信区间宽度变窄,消除了因温度效应造成的不正确仪器偏析信号。校正模型是有效的,且不影响成分分析的准确性。
When original position statistic distribution analysis method was used to analyze the statistical segregation in iron & steel,the results included some false segregation signals from instrument by temperature effect. The influence of temperature on excitation intensity of carbon in low alloy steel samples was investigated in details, and mathematic model for correction of excitation intensity was established. Validity of the model was checked by correction of the excitation intensity of carbon. It showed that the statistical segregation under the confidence interval of 95% was decreased ,so segregation signals from instrument due to temperature effect were eliminated. The temperature correction model was effective in addition to no influence on the accuracy of composition analysis.
