断夜处理中,随着光照强度的增强,各参试材料的延迟开花天数逐渐增加,抽穗率也随之下降,它们的相关性达到极显著。在9个参试材料中,CP72-3591在L1(220lx)、L2(89lx)处理下明显推迟开花;桂糖92-66、CP82-1592在L1、L2、L3(28.8lx)处理下明显推迟开花;而LCP85-384、CP57-614、CP67-412、CP72-2086等4个品种(系)在L1、L2、L3、L4(11.9lx)等4种光照强度处理下都明显推迟开花;CP85-1491在L2、L3、L4等3种光照强度处理下不开花,在L1处理下可明显推迟开花;HoCP93-746在4种光照强度处理下都不开花,只有CK开花。多数参试材料的L2、L3处理结果适合杂交育种要求。
With the increase of light intensity, light interruptions of the night could delay sugarcane flowering by more days, and the number of tasseled clones decreased. There were significant correlations among the three. Of the 9 tested materials, obviously delayed flowering of CP72-3591 has been achieved by LI(220 lx) or by L2(89 lx); Guitang92-66 and CP82-1592 by L1, or by L2, or by L3(28.8 lx); LCP85-384, CP57-614, CP67-412 and CP72-2086 by Ll,or by L2, or by L3, or by L4(11.9 Ix); CP85-1491 by L1 and was prevented flowering by the oher three treatments. And all the treatments prevented HoCP93-746 flowering except CK. Delaying the flowering of most early-flowering clones by L2 or by L3 was successful.
