农村基层体育组织管理现状研究

Research on Present Condition of Rural Sports Organization and Management

采用问卷调查法、走访法对农村基层体育组织管理现状进行调查分析,发现现行农村基层体育组织管理机构松散、领导重视不够、经费投入不足、人员和场地欠缺、乡镇体育社团组织缺位,认为应改革管理体制、加大财政经费投入、提高社会化程度、建立评估和监督体制。

The article diagnoses present rural sports management by using the questionnaire survey and interviewing, discoveres that the current organization of sports management in the village is lax and leaders do not attach enough importance to it, the funds are inadequate, personnel and sites are short, the village lacks athletics associations. The author thinks it is necessary to reform the mechanism of management, enlarge public finance budget, enhance the degree of socialization, build up the valuation and inspection system.
