普通高校高水平运动队建设的制约因素与发展对策

Restricting Factors & Trends of Power Construction at College

对社会主义市场经济条件下,我国普通高校高水平运动队发展中存在的经费投入不足、目标与现实脱节、运动竞赛次数太少、项目发展无序、缺乏规划和训练质量评价体系、科研潜力不能有效转化等问题进行了深入研究,提出了改革运作机制、引入市场机制、合理规划运动项目发展布局、积极拓宽招生渠道、缩短竞赛周期、改革参赛办法、建立训练质量评价体系和定期评价制度、加强与体育院校和体育科研单位的合作等积极的应对措施,旨在保证我国普通高校高水平运动队的进一步发展。

It was hoped to enhance the development of powers at college with such advice given as reforming the operating mechanism into the market mechanism, allocating events reasonably, widening the admission channel, shortening the competition circle, reforming the competing rule, establishing regular evaluation system of training, strengthening the cooperation of sport institutes with sport research dep- artments.These suggestions were given under the socialist market economy after researching on the following problems： inadequate funds, the disjunction of goal and reality, so few times for games, the disorder of events, the absence of scheming and of the evaluation system of training, the incompetent conversion of research results to use in training.
