中国造纸工业在"十五"期间发展迅猛,现在的生产量和消费量均已高居世界第二。"十一五"如何走?笔者针对发展的任务及发展中存在的矛盾和问题以及我们如何正确面对提出了独到的见解。
During the Tenth Five year plan,China＇s Paper Industry has gained a rapid development. At present, the production and consumption of paper and board in our country has ranked second in the world after the united states.
What is the going that china＇paper industry will take action in the eleventh five year plan.In accordance with characteristics problems and contradications raised during the course we should be dealt correctly with fight measures and put forward our original view to redress the erros.
