摘要
利用磨盘型力化学反应器强大的剪切、环向应力、挤压、拉伸和摩擦作用,用水作分散介质,建立湿磨粉碎方法,制备废旧轮胎橡胶超细粉体。结果表明:碾磨21次胶粉的粒径可控制在0.3到5μm之间,小于1μm的胶粉达85%以上,同时湿磨胶粉在水中具有很好的分散稳定性,湿法碾磨后胶粉的亲水性大大提高了。
In this paper, using water - surfactant mixture as dispersing medium, ultra - fine waste tire rubber (WTR) powders were prepared by pan - milling in wet state, a mechanochemical route based on a complex combination of shearing, compression, stretching and friction actions. The experimental results indicated that super - fine waste tire rubber powders with diameter 0.3 - 5μm were prepared by pan - milling with 21 cycles, the content of particle size smaller than 1 μm was more than 85%. The experimental results also showed that super- fine WTR powders dispersed very well in water and showed high hydrophilic property.
