摘要
通过对软件Solid Works的开发,模拟现实中蜗轮刀具加工蜗轮时的运动关系,实现蜗轮复杂齿面的三维造型。该方法是从计算机图形学的角度来处理加工模拟问题,而不从“数学上的曲面共轭”原理来进行加工模拟,仿真造型结果更加精确。
By re-development of SolidWorks and simulating the action of machining the worm wheel inreality, complex worm wheel tooth surface is modeling. This paper addresses the issue of virtual processing simulation from the perspective of computer graphics, rather than from"the curved surface conjugate mathematical" principles. More accurate results of simulation are obtained.
