摘要
本文介绍了基于ADuC841的金刚石压机温度控制系统。该控制系统在PC机采用VB编写人机界面,并采用变速积分PID控制算法使金刚石压机腔体内的温度按照金刚石最佳生化控制曲线而变化,极大提高了金刚石压机腔体内温度的控制精度和人造金刚石的质量。
The paper describes the temperature control system of diamond press based on ADuC841. The system used VB write interface between man and PC on the PC, and adopts gearshift integral PID controller to change chamber press temperature according to the curve of diamond best biochemistry, thus improves the chamber press temperature's controlling precision and quality of artificial diamond.
