用户群用水系统演化和协调控制研究

摘要 用户群的用水系统具有自身的规律性,有特殊的目标和决策变量.用户群的用水管理就是要调控其用水系统状态结构,加强用水系统自身及其内部的协调性,使其向有序化方向演化,有效缓解区域水资源短缺,促进节水型社会建设.应用协调控制理论与模型来探讨城市用户群用水系统间的动态关系,分析系统演化趋势和协调性,并以作为高智人群的高校用户群为例,研究不同类型高校用水复合系统的协调特征,其结论可以为高校节水以指导,为其他城市用户群提供有效借鉴. Water use system of municipal user group is characterized by its own law, which possesses special targets and desision variables. Water management is to regulate and control the state and structure of water use system,to intensify the compatibility of the system itself between the different parts in the system,to make the system evolved in ordered direction,to mitigate the shortage of water resources,and to promote the erection of water thrift society. Based on the coordinate-control theory and model, the dynamic states of municipal water user groups were analyzed for studying the evolution trend and its compatibility. The user groups of institutions of higher learning in xi'an were taken as example,the features of water use compound system were studied in the paper. The conclusion may provide some guidance for water-thrift management in colleges and reference for other user groups in the municipal areas.
