摘要
本系列论文提出并论述了适用于各种不同复杂程度的系统的可改进理论PSI;本文提出了PSI模型,阐述了PSI模型的特点,提出并阐述了PSI时序总体最优的观点,论述了PSI与系统工程的关系.
The series papers advance and expoud the system improvable theory which suit to every complicated systems. In this paper, mould of PSI was built up, the features of PSI mould was clarified, a new optimum method was mentioned and the relationship between PSI and system engineering was illustrated.
