高职高专院校学报数量众多、门类齐全、多数文理兼容、内容覆盖面广、发行量小、显示度低、整体质量参差不齐。学报质量影响因素众多,科研激励机制、科技期刊管理与评价政策、高职高专院校学报的办刊理念、学报定位、办刊条件、作者群体、编辑素质、审用稿制度和高职高专教育的办学特点等都是影响学报质量的主要因素。

Higher vocational journals exists with features of extensity , diversity, scientific merger and accompanied problems as to vast delivery, feeble intensity and imbalanced quality. The essay proposed that scientific motivating mechanism, management and assessment polices, editing notion, journal orientation, qualities of editors, manuscript recognition system proved the critical factors that impact the journal quality.
