不同菌苗制备变形链球菌C型抗血清的比较

Comparing the different immunization of rabbits for Streptococcus mutans serotype C antiserum

目的:比较不同菌苗制备变形链球菌C型抗血清的效果。方法:用变形链球菌血清C型标准株ATCC25175制备成活菌苗和死菌苗,以活菌苗、死菌苗及联合菌苗(活菌苗加死菌苗)3种不同菌苗静脉注射免疫家兔,观察兔子的反应和死亡情况,监测抗体的产生。结果:活菌苗和联合菌苗均在免疫注射的第27～30天出现血清抗体(效价为1∶32),但活菌苗注射后致死率高。结论:联合菌苗是一种较为安全、高效的免疫方案。

Objective： To efficacies of the different immunization approaches in preparation of Streptococcus mutans serotype C antiserum in rabbits. Methods：Heat-killed cells and live cells of Streptococcus mutans serotype C STCC25175 were injected into the ear vein of 30 rabbits in different sequences. The antibody titer and death condition of the rabbits were observed. Results： Both the immunization by injecting live cells and immunization by injecting firstly death cells and then fresh live cells produced titers 1 ： 32 in the 27th-30th day. Injecting live cells caused a high death rate of rabbits while injecting firstly death cells then fresh live cells caused no death. Conclusions：Immunization by injecting firstly death cells then fresh live cells is a good sequence to get Streptococcus mutans antiserum.
