帕金森病患者抑郁状况的调查和护理

Investigation and nursing of depressiue state in Parkinson disease

目的:调查帕金森病患者抑郁状况,并对其制订出相应的护理措施。方法:采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表,对50例患者进行问卷调查,并给予对应护理。结果:抑郁发生率58%,不同性别、年龄和职业间抑郁发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:帕金森病患者伴发抑郁发病率高,应加强对该类患者心理支持、用药指导、功能锻练、维护安全等护理。

Objective：To investigate the features of depression in patients with parkinson disease （PD） and to formulate nursing measures. Methods： Zung depression scale was used to measure the level of depression of 50 patients with PD, and the PD patients with depression were given corresponding nursing care. Results ：58% cases of PD were identified as having depression. Depression in PD patients had no relation with sex, age or occupation （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：The incidence of depression is high in patients with PD. PD patients with depression should receive nursing care in psychology, medicine administration, functional exercise and safety.
