摘要
介绍了利用虚拟仪器技术开发便携式现场动平衡测试系统的原理和方法,给出了动平衡虚拟仪器测量系统硬件结构和软件设计的思路,详细分析了采用相关滤波实现对现场动不平衡信号幅值和相位提取的方法,实验证明效果良好。
The principle and the method used to develop portable dynamic balancing testing system based on virtual instrument technology are expatiated in this paper.The idea of the hardware structure and the software design of dynamic balancing virtual instrument measuring system were given,and the method of obtaining the amplitude and phase of dynamic unbalancing signal is analyzed by correlative filter.The experimental results show that it has perfect effect.
