CFD模拟在种子罐消除振动中的应用

Application of CFD Simulation in Avoiding Vibration with Seed Tank

摘要 针对种子罐在生产中产生不正常的振动现象,用CFD模拟技术找出其产生的原因,发现产生振动是由于罐底的不合适的通气量所造成的。根据其产生的原因并在现场进行振动测试,解决了振动的问题,从而验证了CFD计算模型的正确性,并提出了利用CFD技术对种子罐结构进行进一步的优化方案。 Irregular vibration phenomenon exists in the operation of the seed tank.The reason that found by CFD simulation is because of the improper ventilation in the bottom of the tank.According to this phenomenon,vibration testing was taken in the production field and the vibration problem was resolved.So the CFD simulation was validated.At the same time,some further suggestions are given to improve the structure of the seed tank.
