摘要
油底壳在使用过程中发生失效,经采用宏、微观形貌观察、显微组织检验、硬度测试及化学成分分析等方法对断裂进行了分析,结果表明该失效为疲劳断裂,原因为油底壳结构设计不合理,薄式壳体强度不足,采取了优化设计、优化冲压工艺办法之后,解决了问题。
The method of SEM,metallographic examination,hardness testing and chemical analysis can be used to analyze the oil pan failure when the failure occurred in the course of working.The results show that the failure caused by the fatigue fracture,its unreasonable structure design and poor intensity.Using the optimization design and punch process can solve the fatigue fracture.
