摘要
液压胀形方法成形汽车桥壳是一种新工艺,它是指选择适当的管坯,首先进行推压缩径,将其端部直径缩减至零件图要求,然后进行轴向压缩复合液压胀形将中间部分扩张成形。笔者从产品质量和经济效益的角度论述液压胀形工艺在汽车后桥壳制造中的优势。在市场竞争日趋剧烈的环境下,采用可降成本的工艺不失为一种选择。
Hydro-bulged method used to form automotive axle housings is a new technology,it includes selecting appropriate tube,the first step is compressing drive,reduced the end diameter of the tube to fit the design plans of the parts,the next step is beginning the process of axial compression composite Hydro-bulged for the middle part to form the axle housings.From product quality and economic perspective,the advantages of hydro-bulged technology in the automotive rear axle manufacturing were discussed in this paper.Under the increasingly competitive market environment, the technology which reducing production cost is an option.
