难测量尺寸在数控机床上的在线检测

On-line Measure of Difficult Measured Dimension in Numerical Control Machine Tool

分析了难测量的外形尺寸、台阶尺寸、中心距、角度等在数控机床上的测量方法,同时对各种测量方法的误差进行了分析和估计,并指出了各种方法使用时的注意事项。

In this paper,analyzed the measure method of the boundary dimension,step size,center distance and angle dimension in numerical control machine tool,and carried on analysis and estimate to various error that measure a method in the meantime,and point out the regulation of various method in used.
