采用日本丰田汽车公司的准时制生产,以看板管理为手段,解决了过量生产及生产效率低的问题,同时也将产生次品的原因和生产中的问题暴露出来,使生产过程更加合理、高效和灵活。
Adopting Just –in Time(JIT) which used in the Toyota Motor Investment Co.,Ltd.and taking Kanban management as a means,the problems that excessive production and low production efficiency are solved.At the same time,the reasons that caused defective product and the problems that occurred in the process of production are revealed.The more rational,efficient and flexible are made in the process of production.
