Adopting Just –in Time（JIT） which used in the Toyota Motor Investment Co.,Ltd.and taking Kanban management as a means,the problems that excessive production and low production efficiency are solved.At the same time,the reasons that caused defective product and the problems that occurred in the process of production are revealed.The more rational,efficient and flexible are made in the process of production.
