圆环病毒2型(PCV2)分子生物学诊断技术研究进展

摘要 猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征是引起断奶仔猪死亡的一种重要传染病,严重威胁着我国的养猪业,由于迄今国内外尚无疫苗可进行免疫,也无理想的化学药物防治措施,PCV2感染的早期诊断和病猪的淘汰成为PMWS防治的重点。本文综述了近年来PCV2的分子生物学诊断的研究进展,重点综述了原位杂交和PCR相关技术的研究进展,从而为PCV2的病原检测提供了依据。
