摘要
以转色始期早硕蜜蟠桃为试材,探讨了叶面喷施金雀异黄素(GNT)对套袋果实花青素积累与其他品质的影响。结果表明,纸袋提高果实花青素含量,增幅约为70%,塑膜袋降低花青素含量,约为6%;GNT能提高套袋和未套袋果实花青素含量,增幅为16%~73%。套袋使果实可溶性糖降低约8%,可滴定酸含量增加20%;GNT提高果实可溶性糖4%~26%,并降低可滴定酸10%~28%,明显提高果实糖酸比。叶片组织相对电导率和丙二醛含量分析表明,GNT对叶片细胞膜透性和脂质过氧化没有明显影响。因而,即使在套袋条件下用适宜质量浓度GNT也能提高蟠桃果实内外品质,并且不会对叶片造成伤害。
Effect of foliar application of genistein, an isoflavone from soybean, on bagged fruit coloration and quality oi Zaoshuomi flat peach cuhivar (Prunus persica cv. Zaoshuomi) was studied. The fruits were bagged with sulfate paper and plastic bags. Compared with the control, results showed the anthocyanin content of bagged fruit with paper bag was increased by 70%, of plastic bag was decreased by 6% ; foliar spraying with genistein solution made the anthocyanin accumulated by 16% to 73% in the unbagged and bagged fruit. In the genistein treated peaches, the soluble sugar content was increased by 4% to 26% and the titratable acid content was reduced by 10% to 28%, resulting in much higher ratio of soluble sugars and titratable acids. On the other hand, bagging decreased the soluble sugar content by 8% but increased the titratable acid content by 20%. The results also showed that foliar spraying of genistein with concentrations of 40 to 80 trmol/L had no obvious harmful effect on the peach leaves, evaluated by the measurements of the MDA content and relative electrical conductivity. Thus, foliar spraying with suitable concentrations of genistein might improve the bagged flat peach quality without any obvious harmful effect. Additionally, possible mechanisms of genistein promoting anthocyanin accumulation were discussed in the paper.
