摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加快,以家族所有制为基本产权特征的浙江民营企业正面临着来自国内和国际企业的双重挑战。文章拟从路径依赖的角度进行分析,阐述浙江民营家族企业产权制度变迁过程中的制约因素,从而为浙江民营家族企业的健康发展提供一点建议。
Along with economic globalization progress quickly, Zhejiang private enterprises are facing the dual challenges of coming from the domestic and the international business enterprise , whose property rights characteristic is the household. From the angel of path de- pended, this text elaborate those factors which restrict the property right system change in Zhejiang private household enterprise, then providing some suggestions for the healthy development of private household enterprises in Zhejiang province.
