摘要
我国社会经济的转型对经济法研究提出了如何应对未来社会经济重大战略的课题。文章通过对科学发展观简要论述,对经济法宗旨、作用以及科学发展观与中国经济法关系的阐述,结合本国实际提出了新形势下经济法在科学发展观指导下理论创新的相关见解。
