摘要
近年来我国房地产业在快速发展的同时,存在着房价过高、供给结构不合理、金融隐患、土地购置过度、市场不规范等问题。现代服务政府应采取的产业政策,以促进我国房地产业健康、和谐与可持续发展。
Recently, with the quick development of Chinese real estate, its development exists many problems, such as higher house prices, unreasonable structure of house supply, hidden dangers of finance, excessive land acquisition and non standardized real estate market, Modern ,service government should develop industrial policies to achieve fair, harmonious and sustainable development of China＇s real estate.
