摘要
对吸收器风冷方式进行探讨,并利用CFD软件对双排风冷垂直管吸收器的翅片表面的空气流动及换热过程进行了数值模拟。通过研究获得不同结构参数下翅片表面流体流动特性和换热性能。获得的结论对于风冷吸收器结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, air cooled vertical tubular absorbers is studied. With the CFD program, the fluid flow and heat transfer on the surface of absorber' s fins are numerically simulated. In this process, the figures of flow field, temperature field and pressure field are established and analyzed, some important data such as quantity of heat transferred, mean surface heat transfer coefficient of different structure are also discussed. The results obtained will be helpful for the development of air cooling absorber.
